The headquarters of the Consorci del Lluçanès will host on October 6 a workshop focused on time management and work-life balance, particularly relevant for rural and agricultural areas.

The event, organized by the Equality and LGTBI+ Area of Osona Acció Social, will address the challenges of time optimization and conciliation. These issues are especially significant due to population dispersion, difficulties in accessing services, and the specificities of agricultural activity, all of which limit conciliation possibilities, particularly for women.
The workshop will begin at 5:30 PM with an institutional opening by Jordi Bruch, president of the Consorci del Lluçanès; Bet Contreras, Councilor for Youth, Women, and Equality of the Consell Comarcal d’Osona; and Rocio Giráldez, Director of Territorial Services for Equality and Feminism in Central Catalonia.
At 6:00 PM, Belén Beltrán, research coordinator at Fundació Surt and director of the Check project, will give a presentation. Subsequently, at 7:00 PM, a round table will take place with the participation of Ariadna Tremoleda, president of the cooperative Mas Les Vinyes SCCL, and Maria Vicente, technician in the social sector for women at Unió de Pagesos.
The activity is free of charge but requires prior registration via the QR code on the poster or through a provided link. The event is supported by the Consorci del Lluçanès, Unió de Pagesos, the Ajuntament d’Olost, the Generalitat de Catalunya, and the Diputació de Barcelona.
This workshop is part of the International Week of Schedules and Time (Time Use Week), an international event that promotes the exchange of knowledge on time policies and the right to time.
