This plan will serve as the key instrument for analyzing the housing situation in the municipality and establishing strategies and actions for the coming years. Citizen participation is considered fundamental for identifying current needs and anticipating future challenges.
The council invites all residents of Arenys de Mar to voice their opinions, whether they are homeowners, renters, young people, seniors, or anyone interested in housing issues in the town. The contributions gathered will help to better understand the municipality's reality.
Key challenges the plan will address include: facilitating access to affordable housing, responding to the emancipation needs of young people, meeting the needs of families facing housing difficulties, expanding the supply of affordable and social housing, mobilizing vacant properties, promoting housing rehabilitation, and improving accessibility and energy efficiency.
Citizens can participate by completing a survey until November 10th. Responses can be submitted online via the Participa311 platform or in person by collecting and submitting the survey at the Citizen Participation Area (CC Calisay) between 9 AM and 2 PM.
The contributions collected through the survey, along with technical analysis, will be crucial in defining the priorities and actions of the future Local Housing Plan for Arenys de Mar.
