The Calella City Council has launched its new tourism brand, Calella et dona vida, aiming to promote a sustainable and authentic model for the coastal town throughout the year.

Tourism councilor Cindy Rando explained that the brand was created to highlight the city's unique character and vitality. The strategy shifts the focus from traditional sightseeing to the emotional connection and experiences of visitors in the Maresme region.

"Calella is an authentic city with a set of contrasts. It has character and traditions, but also a lot of vitality."

The project emphasizes seasonal diversification, encouraging visitors to engage with the town's culture outside the peak summer months. The new visual identity features the Lighthouse as its main icon, which is already being integrated into new tourist signage across the municipality.
