Orlando Saña was crowned champion of doubles in the over-70 category, partnering with José Feliu from CT Barcino. In the final, they defeated the Chilean pair Guillermo León Hidalgo and Danor Quintero 3-0.
Meanwhile, Josep Maillo secured his first international title by winning the singles final in the over-60 category. The CTT Canet player overcame the Filipino Antonio Aguinalde in a close 3-2 match.
Maillo also reached the podium in the over-60 doubles event, where he finished as runner-up alongside Xavier Escolà from CTT Premià. The pair played a very tight final against the English duo Diccon Gray and Tim Dyson, who took the victory 3-2.
These results cap off a notable performance by the CTT Canet representatives in a competition with broad international participation.
