The Generalitat Firefighters evacuated a person on Saturday morning, March 14th, who was located under the Alella stream bridge in El Masnou, following a dangerous rise in water levels.

The rescue operation was triggered at 11:10 AM after an emergency call to 112. The sudden increase in the water flow posed an immediate risk of the individual being swept away by the current.
Two Firefighter units were deployed to the scene within the municipality of El Masnou. The crews worked to safely remove the individual from the flood-prone area.
Emergency services confirmed that the person was rescued unharmed and did not require medical attention. The intervention was carried out as a preventive measure due to the rising water levels in the Maresme region.
