After an international career in consulting and investment funds in cities like San Francisco and Mexico, Aleix Camps, 26, decided to return to his roots to launch a project with soul. The initiative aims to highlight Catalan identity through taste memory, starting with the iconic Senyors i Senyores biscuits, deeply rooted in the Palm Sunday traditions of the Maresme capital.
“"I was clear that if I did something, I wanted it to have a certain social impact, to have a soul."
The project gained significant attention through a transparent social media campaign started on January 1st. This digital strategy allowed Camps to validate the business idea before the launch, attracting thousands of followers interested in the entrepreneurial process and the revival of this local sweet.
The new version of the biscuits comes in boxes of 12 individually wrapped units to ensure freshness. The design has been updated with a single mold that moves away from traditional gendered figures to adapt to modern times, while preserving the original flavor and aroma.
