The session, which will take place at 6:30 PM, will be led by the exhibition's curator, Julià Guillamon. The exhibition presents the results of research exploring the artistic and literary ties between the two protagonists and their generational peers, including the rift that marked their friendship around 1906.
Beyond their personal relationship, the exhibition focuses on the cultural context of the era. Key topics include the depiction of marginal life and the suburbs of Barcelona in their works, as well as Vallmitjana's role as a sports patron and the importance of his silversmith workshop, a reference point for the sculptors of that time.
The activity costs 8 euros, with discounts available for library card holders and free admission for Friends of the Fundació Palau. To attend, prior registration is required by calling 93 791 35 93 or emailing the foundation, as the tour is subject to a minimum number of participants.
