The Maresme region has introduced the Private Conciliation Service, a new initiative presented this Thursday at the FAGEM headquarters to promote extrajudicial dialogue and efficiency.

This service provides a fast and cost-effective alternative to traditional litigation, aligning with the Law 1/2025 on Public Justice Service efficiency. It focuses on fostering a culture of mediation within both corporate and social environments.

"The project represents a paradigm shift in how conflicts are managed in the territory."

Managed by legal experts acting as impartial conciliators, the agreements reached through this process hold the same executive validity as a court ruling. This ensures legal certainty for all parties involved in civil, commercial, or family disputes.
The service is available to both individuals and companies. By joining FAGEM as an associate member, the organization will facilitate access to this resource through various business guilds and associations across the Maresme area.
