A woman sustained minor injuries from a bladed weapon this Monday afternoon in Mataró's Cerdanyola neighborhood, leading to swift intervention by the Local Police and the arrest of a man.

The events unfolded on Rosselló Street, where Local Police officers were alerted at 3:34 PM. Patrols in the area quickly arrived at the scene, finding the victim with a hand injury.
The Medical Emergency System (SEM) provided on-site assistance to the woman before transferring her to the hospital for further medical care. During the intervention, officers located the bladed weapon used in the assault under a vehicle, a crucial piece of evidence for the ongoing investigation.
The Local Police proceeded to arrest a man as the alleged perpetrator of an assault, after the victim identified him. Currently, preliminary proceedings have been initiated, and investigations continue to clarify the exact circumstances of the aggression and the relationship between the individuals involved.
