Youth Rent Bonus applications now open in Mataró

The Government of Catalonia opened the application window this Monday, March 9th, for the Youth Rent Bonus, a financial aid program to help young people in Mataró afford housing.

Eligible applicants aged 35 or under can receive up to 250 euros per month for a maximum of two years. The deadline is very tight, closing on March 13th at 2:00 PM, and funds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Managed by the Housing Agency of Catalonia in collaboration with the Mataró Local Housing Office, the grant requires applicants to have a valid rental contract and a steady income. Online submission via the official regional portal is highly recommended.
