The week will feature a comprehensive program of physical, cultural, creative, and educational activities for diverse audiences. The Gimcana Corriols will kick off the event on Saturday, October 10th. The schedule includes documentary screenings such as «Viatge al País dels Blancs» and «Cuidar entre Terres. Qui sosté la vida quan les dones migren?». The libraries of Pineda will host the documentary exhibition «Cuida’t, cuidem-nos».
Creative workshops on mandala painting, designed to enhance concentration, calmness, and stress management, have also been organized. Furthermore, activities promoting physical activity and community participation will take place, including Nordic walking, Taitxí group sessions, a walk and breakfast with students from INS Coromines, and open days at the Banc del Temps featuring stretching exercises and Sevillanas dancing.
The program on Ràdio Pineda, «Pineda es mou», will dedicate a special segment to the week, featuring a conversation with the mutual support group «Activament». The schedule also includes workshops on mental health protection factors for migrant domestic and care workers, a round table on migratory transit and mental health, a craft workshop by the Associació de Dones Pinedenques, and a humanist workshop on dance and movement.
An information stand at the Mercat Setmanal will provide mental health information and resources to citizens throughout the week.
