Currently, the project is in a diagnostic phase to analyze the municipal communication situation and identify areas for improvement. To this end, a questionnaire has been launched for the residents of Teià to express their opinions on the information they receive from the council.
The Councilor for Communication, Francesc Ribas, emphasizes the importance of listening to citizens: "The City Council's communication must respond to the real needs of the citizens. Therefore, before defining the actions of the new plan, it is essential to listen to the residents, understand how they get informed, and know what they believe we can improve."
