The plenary session, held in the Plenary Hall, began with the ratification of the urgency of the convocation. The spokesperson for the PP and the councilor for Junts per Tiana, Francesc Comas, excused their absence.
The motion by Junts per Catalunya, which called for an economic and financial audit of the City Council, was rejected with votes against from Junts per Tiana and support from the rest of the municipal groups.
Subsequently, the motion by Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya on the change of use of assets for the water supply service, denouncing political manipulation, risk concealment, and lack of transparency, was debated. This motion also did not pass, with votes against from Junts per Tiana, abstentions from PSC and JXCAT, and favorable votes from ERC and the non-attached councilor.
