The Mossos d'Esquadra from the Badalona police station arrested three youths in Tiana on February 2 as alleged perpetrators of an aggravated home burglary.

The victim heard noise early in the morning and saw the three individuals fleeing through the window. With the help of their son, they reported the theft of a high-end mobile phone with active geolocation, matching brand headphones, and over 200 euros in cash.
Thanks to the positioning signal emitted by the mobile phone, plainclothes officers began checks at a local hotel establishment around 10 AM on February 2.
Authorized by the pension owner, the officers located the three youths—two aged 19 and one minor—inside a room, along with the items stolen in Tiana hours earlier.
Since the youths could not prove the origin of the goods, they were arrested. The two adults were placed at the disposal of the duty court in Badalona, while the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office took charge of the minor's proceedings.
