The Local Government Board of Tiana, meeting last Wednesday, October 14th, made several key decisions for the municipality. Among the approved agreements is the award of the municipal waste management services contract to the company FCC Medio Ambiente, SAU.
Likewise, the green light has been given to the contract for the assembly and disassembly of shades for parks and the Tiziana court, thus improving the town's public and sports spaces.
Another relevant point approved is housing aid, particularly aimed at families with low or middle incomes. Special emphasis is placed on single-parent families and those including individuals with disabilities, seeking to support the most vulnerable groups.
The Local Government Board, which meets every Wednesday at 9 AM and is chaired by the mayor, also addresses other matters such as economic social service benefits, urban planning licenses, and the acceptance of subsidies.
