A powerful hailstorm struck the high areas of Moianès this Saturday, covering the landscape in white and creating hazardous driving conditions on the C-59 and N-141c roads near Moià.

The storm caused significant issues for motorists traveling between the Transversal Axis and Moià. Authorities reported that the accumulation of hail and water led to aquaplaning risks and slippery surfaces, particularly around Collsuspina and l'Estany.

"We ask the population to avoid travel and outdoor activities in these areas, as well as to remain very vigilant while driving."
