The III Clàssica Terres de l'Ebre, organized by the Club Esportiu Montsià, will take place next March 21st with a 176.6-kilometer route connecting the towns of Alcanar and Paüls.
The race, now in its third edition, has rapidly established itself on the international calendar. Last year, the victory went to the Mexican Isaac del Toro, who later finished second in the Giro d'Italia. That edition generated a media impact of 220 million and was watched by 182,000 spectators on national television, reaching 61 million homes worldwide.

"Alcanar has always been cycling territory. We have had a historic team, such as Vivers Alcanar, and there is no better way to thank their effort than hosting this start."
This year's 176.6-kilometer route will begin neutralized on Avinguda Catalunya in Alcanar, in front of the Teatre Auditori, with the official start taking place in Les Cases. The route, partially revealed by the president of the Club Esportiu Montsià, Néstor Biosca, will link the four regions of the territory, passing through key municipalities such as Ulldecona, Tortosa, Móra d'Ebre, and Gandesa, before reaching the Castell de Paüls. This edition will serve as a tribute to those affected by the floods and fires that struck Alcanar and Paüls last year.

"The arrival at the Paüls Castle will leave everyone surprised, because the final ramps are extremely tough. The Classic positions the Terres de l'Ebre on the international stage; three editions later, we have advanced greatly."
Regarding participation, Joaquim Cuevas, also from the Club Esportiu Montsià, confirmed the presence of top-level teams such as Movistar, Kern Pharma, Burgos BH, Universe from the Netherlands, and APS from the United States. This international presence, along with teams like Caja Rural and VC Fukuoka (Japan), ensures wide dissemination and solidifies the race as a unifying event for the Terres de l'Ebre.
