The municipality of Freginals, located in Montsià, has officially started the Christmas festivities with a day of emotion and tradition, highlighting the celebration of the first Christmas Market and the postcard exhibition.

Freginals officially inaugurated the Christmas festivities with a day full of emotion, tradition, and citizen participation. The first Christmas Market was the focal point of this celebration, marking the beginning of an extensive program of activities scheduled for the coming days.
This cultural vitality is complemented by initiatives such as the magazine Farraginale, which collaborates closely with the Freginals City Council and the Mestre Josep Roncero i Pallarès School – ZER Montsià. The publication's editors, along with Mayor Neus Franch, held a meeting last Friday, December 12, to coordinate future actions.
Furthermore, the exhibition of all postcards submitted to the I Christmas Postcard Contest is now open to visitors. The display is available during City Council office hours, showcasing the creativity of the municipality's residents.
In parallel, Freginals maintains its commitment to solidarity, preparing for activities supporting La Marató de 3CAT 2025. Infrastructure improvements are also underway, such as the expansion of the Municipal Cemetery with the construction of 24 niches and 15 columbaria.
