The Minister of Social Rights, Mònica Martínez Bravo, presented the rollout of wSocial this February in Amposta, an artificial intelligence tool already used by over a thousand professionals in Catalonia.

This new technological resource has recorded 15,000 interviews since its launch last autumn. The system features real-time transcription and translation capabilities, currently available in English, facilitating direct communication between public employees and service users.

"It is a 360-degree technological transformation that facilitates social work."

The platform is currently active in 29 basic areas, including Salou, Tortosa, and Amposta. The Government aims to reach 80% of the Catalan territory by June 11, helping social workers focus on users by reducing bureaucratic burdens.
