Mayor Adam Tomàs emphasized that the center's model makes Amposta a sports benchmark, supported by an annual investment of nearly one million euros.

The center has appointed Edgar Dasi as the new director. Dasi aims to increase international training camps for 2026, following a year where the facility hosted 865 athletes from 25 countries.
