Over a hundred supports will also be adapted to improve avifauna protection, aiming to increase grid resilience and the quality of the electricity service.

Available information channels for electrical incidents were reviewed, and direct contact was established between municipal officials and technicians to assess the impact of storms and explain protocols for breakdowns.
The sessions also covered operational aspects of the electrical system, such as the Alfa Plan, safety measures, line maintenance, digitalization, remote control, and mechanisms to reduce outage times. Finally, information channels were reiterated to improve communication with citizens and manage emergencies more effectively.
