The la Ràpita Town Council has unveiled the newly renovated Carles III Square, a 400,000 euro project aimed at improving safety and reducing maintenance costs in the town center.

The Tarragona Provincial Council provided 330,000 euros for the project, allowing the local government to fix long-standing issues with loose paving stones. Vice-president Rubén Viñuales visited the site this March to mark the completion.
Mayor Xavi Reverté emphasized that the collaboration between administrations was key to making this modern, non-slip surface a reality, which significantly enhances the image of la Ràpita's commercial heart.

"Thanks to the support of the Provincial Council, today we can say we have a renovated, safer, and more modern square."
