The La Ràpita Town Council and the Nautical Station have organized the first Carnamar for this Sunday, February 22nd, aiming to boost winter tourism in Alfacs Bay.

Starting at 10:00 AM at the Nautical Base, participants are encouraged to practice kayaking, paddle surfing, or sailing while wearing carnival costumes. This initiative focuses on making water sports accessible and fun during the colder months, highlighting the natural beauty of the Montsià coastline.

"For only 15 euros you can spend an entire morning practicing nautical sports. We have resources and equipment to cover many people."

Joan Barberà · President of the Nautical Station
Registration fees start at 5 euros, with full equipment rental available for a total of 15 euros. The event includes a costume contest featuring prizes such as tasting menus for the Mantis Shrimp Gastronomic Days and vouchers for future sea activities.
