The local government detailed projects currently being drafted with financial support from the Catalan Water Agency (ACA). The most significant measure is the construction of a lamination basin at the Solito ravine, the area's highest-flow point, designed to retain water and prevent it from flooding the lower part of the town.
“"The meeting went very well, as the neighbors were able to express their concerns and problems."
In addition to the basin, three rainwater networks are being planned for Sant Isidre street to divert water toward the Penjats and Aiguassera ravines. These works aim to relieve pressure on critical points such as Gorria street and the area around the Canalet de la Paca bridge.
To ensure effective implementation, the mayor proposed creating a permanent working group with residents and technicians. Meanwhile, coordination continues with the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation (CHE) to manage canals discharging near the Museum of the Sea of the Ebro.
