The Montsià Regional Council unanimously approved the new 2026-2029 Regional Youth Plan last Wednesday, establishing public policies for young people in the territory over the next four years.

The Montsià Regional Council gave the green light to the document in an extraordinary plenary session held this past Wednesday. The main objective is to guarantee real opportunities for young people, viewing them as a key element of talent and commitment to the territory.

The Regional Councillor for Youth, Guillem Carles Prieto, reaffirmed the institution's commitment to continue working in coordination with the different municipalities in the Montsià region to deploy the defined strategic lines.
During the same session, the annex to the Strategic Plan for Subsidies for the year 2026 was also approved. This measure received majority support from the plenary, with the sole abstention of a representative from the Ara Pacte Local party.
