The Montsià County Council Housing Department handled nearly 2,800 procedures throughout 2025, focusing on the high demand for affordable housing and financial support for local residents.

The Housing Office processed 1,307 aid applications, marking a 6.37% increase compared to the previous year. These programs, including the Youth Rental Bonus, have generated a total economic impact of over 1.79 million euros for families in the Montsià region.
Additionally, the Ofideute service managed 11 cases to prevent home foreclosures through debt restructuring and social rent agreements. The county's Housing Pool also oversaw 83 active contracts to ensure residential stability in the area.
