Montsià Regional Council and PIMEC Terres de l’Ebre Join Forces for Economic Development

The Montsià Regional Council and PIMEC Terres de l’Ebre have formalized a collaboration agreement to boost the economic and social activity of the region, enhance competitiveness, and foster job creation.

Both institutions will work together on initiatives focused on promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, supporting human capital qualification, and driving shared economic development projects. The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Montsià Regional Council.
The President of the Regional Council, Sergi Guimerà, highlighted the importance of combining efforts between administrations and economic agents for territorial development. He emphasized that the agreement will strengthen collaboration with the business sector and open new opportunities for companies and self-employed individuals in the region.
For his part, the President of PIMEC Terres de l’Ebre, Joan Caballol, stressed the commitment to work together to generate more economic opportunities in Montsià and the wider Terres de l’Ebre area. The meeting also included the Secretary General of PIMEC, Josep Ginesta.
This joint commitment reaffirms territorial cooperation and support for the business sector, aiming for economic and sustainable development in the area.
