The Catalan Firegate and the 112 emergency line handled hundreds of incidents this Saturday, February 14, as strong winds battered the province of Tarragona.

The Terres de l'Ebre region was the most affected area. Tortosa saw 24 emergency interventions, while Roquetes and l'Ametlla de Mar also reported significant damage to trees and street furniture.
Emergency services received 378 calls since midnight. Most reports involved fallen branches, unstable building elements, and damaged solar panels in Baix Ebre and Montsià.
