The Catalan Government has allocated over 19 million euros for repairs and aid following the damage caused by storm Alice in Terres de l'Ebre last autumn, with significant progress in restoration works.

By the end of March, 80.72% of the works on 156 affected rural infrastructures had already been completed. The remaining works are expected to be finished by the end of May, with the exception of the repair of the bridges in la Ràpita, in Montsià, which will require several additional months for completion.
Concurrently, the Catalan Water Agency (ACA) has undertaken restoration and improvement work along 25 kilometers of ravine beds. These actions involved the removal and redistribution of over 20,000 cubic meters of sediments, at a cost exceeding 900,000 euros.
