The new edition of the Inter-Comarca School Cross Country Race, scheduled for Sunday, February 22, is organized by the Consell Esportiu de la Noguera. This entity collaborates with the Club Atlètic Maratonians del Segre and receives institutional support from the Paeria de Balaguer (Balaguer City Council).

The sporting event will take place on the left bank of the Segre river, a location traditionally used for this type of competition in the capital of Noguera. The competition is expected to bring together approximately 700 athletes from various clubs and educational centers across the territory.

The day is structured to include races for a wide range of school categories, from I2 infants up to the veterans category. The distances of the routes have been adapted for each age group, ranging from 50 meters for the youngest participants up to 5 kilometers for the older categories.
