The Rural Agents corps has reported an energy drink company for conducting an unauthorized commercial film shoot using a hot air balloon and a light aircraft in Oliola.

The operation was caught red-handed within the Vall del Riu Llobregós Natural Interest Space in the Noguera region. The aircraft flew below 300 meters and landed in the protected zone without the mandatory permits from the Department of Territory.

"These are species especially sensitive to any kind of disturbance, particularly during wintering and pre-breeding periods."

The area is a key habitat for endangered species such as the little bustard and the Bonelli's eagle. Violating flight restrictions in Natura 2000 network sites is considered a serious offense due to the potential impact on biodiversity and protected ecosystems.
