The municipal group Treballem per Balaguer announced this February 19 its withdrawal from the Balaguer local government, leaving the PSC to lead the council in a minority position.

The independent party, part of the Pacte Local platform, stated that the governing agreement reached at the start of the term in the capital of Noguera was not being respected.

"We are leaving the municipal government of the capital of Noguera because the program is not being fulfilled."
