Folgueroles hosted an event on Sunday to honor Txevi Buigas and the other 12 pro-independence individuals charged in Operation 23S, also known as Operation Judes, who were recently granted amnesty by the National Court.

The event, themed «Nothing ends here», aimed to be a reunion space after years of mobilizations and solidarity with those investigated and against the repression of the pro-independence movement. The event included a vermouth, an open mic, and music.
The celebration took place two days after the National Court agreed to apply the amnesty to the 12 individuals charged and to dismiss the case in which they were accused of terrorism. This decision ends a judicial proceeding initiated with the arrests on September 23, 2019, although appeals may still be filed.
Seven of the investigated individuals, including Txevi Buigas, spent three months in pre-trial detention at Soto del Real.
