The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 41-year-old man in Vic on two occasions within two weeks for his alleged involvement in cocaine trafficking.

The first police intervention occurred on Friday, May 15th. A Mossos patrol observed the individual, upon seeing the police vehicle on Doctor Salarich street in the Estadi neighborhood, throw a package into a parked car. Officers proceeded to inspect the vehicle and discovered 17 packets of cocaine.
Twelve days later, on Wednesday, May 27th, the same man was again caught by police in the same area. This time, upon detecting another police car, he attempted to hide behind a pillar intending to leave 125 packets of the same substance inside a mailbox. The maneuver was spotted by officers, who proceeded with a second arrest.
