On Saturday, September 26th, students from the Joan Jutglar Art School brought drawing practice to the Residència Llar Fundació Gallifa, creating a meeting point between generations.

Students of various ages participated in a live drawing and sketching session with the residents, observing, interpreting, and portraying moments of daily life at the center. The activity culminated with the donation of some of the drawings created, which will now become part of the residence's spaces, preserving the memory of this shared experience.
This initiative highlights art as a tool for participation, expression, and intergenerational connection. It also champions the active role of the elderly within the community, demonstrating how artistic creation can be a way to observe, learn, and share perspectives and experiences.
The City Council thanks the Residència Llar Fundació Gallifa for their hospitality and willingness to make this art-based meeting day possible.
