The plot centers on Empar, a 60-year-old farmer facing the possibility of losing her business if her cow, Tona, does not become pregnant. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, she seeks advice from Bernat, owner of the largest farm in the region. Tona's pregnancy turns out to be high-risk, as warned by the veterinarian.
With the support of Riqui, a young newcomer, Empar embarks on a journey of rediscovery, proving that it's never too late to start anew. The film, with a runtime of 109 minutes, is a Spanish production from 2026.
In addition to Cowgirl, the cinema listings include La chica del coro, a 90-minute Slovenian drama available in Spanish and VOSC, and Michael, a 128-minute American biopic about the iconic pop star, starring Jaafar Jackson, available in Spanish and VOSE.
