The press room of the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya will be the venue where the sporting fate of the first men's and women's teams of Club Patí Manlleu for the new roller hockey season will be decided.
The women's team will begin the competition in October, after the Roller Hockey Women's World Championship, which will be held in September in Paraguay. Meanwhile, the men's Plata team will start the championship at the end of September.
The players of the women's first team already know the rivals to beat in the top state category. The national competition will consist of twenty-six matchdays, and the Manlleu team will aim to improve on last season's results to challenge teams like Fraga and Vila-sana.
The men's team, coached by Jordi Boada, will learn the 13 teams with which it will compete for promotion and a championship that previously eluded them. Potential rivals include Cerdanyola, Hoquei Club Sant Just, Palafrugell, Igualada B, Barça Atlètic, Espanyol, Alcobendas, and Club Esports Vendrell, among approximately 28 teams awaiting their group assignment.
