The Vic City Council, through CCVIC Mas Osona, is organizing two monographic sessions to maximize the functionalities of GPS monitoring devices. These activities are part of one of the winning projects of the Vic Participatory Budgets, aiming to promote outdoor physical activity.
The theoretical session, led by specialist Erola Tortadès, will cover the characteristics of different device types, their differences, and how to choose the most suitable one. Subsequently, a practical part will be carried out in the surroundings of Mas Osona to apply the knowledge and extract useful data for training, competition, or sports activities.
The workshop is aimed at individuals over 16 years old interested in trekking (Saturday, September 26th) and trail-running (Saturday, October 24th). Both sessions will take place from 9 AM to 1 PM. In case of functional diversity, please request further information.
The price for each workshop is €5. For more information, you can contact CCVIC Mas Osona via email at esports@vic.cat or by phone at 938833030.
