The municipalities of Osona and Lluçanès are filled with cultural and leisure activities during the weekend of December 19, 20, and 21, highlighting Christmas fairs and traditional events.

The Christmas celebrations kick off with various markets. This weekend features the 1st Christmas Market in Les Masies de Voltregà and the Calldetenes Christmas Market. In Vic, the Artisans Market continues in the Plaça Major and the Ressò at the Joan Triadú Civic Center, while Manlleu hosts BadaNadal, featuring its ice rink and the Christmas Market in Plaça Fra Bernadí.
Deeply rooted traditions also take center stage. The 54th Osona Living Nativity Scene, set around the Castell de Tona, can be visited from December 21 until January 11, 2026. In Gurb, on Saturday, December 20, the traditional Baixada de teies (Descent of Torches) will take place from the Castle, starting at 5:30 PM and culminating with the lighting of the Gran Teitot in Plaça U d'Octubre.
Regarding specialized fairs, Centelles hosts the 18th Black Truffle Fair from December 19 to 21, an event featuring workshops, tastings, and the popular truffle dog competition. Simultaneously, Torelló celebrates the 7th Toca Fusta Fair on Saturday, December 20, offering a dozen free activities spread across five central squares.
In Vic, guided Sunday tours continue. The route “Rediscovering the building after the works” focuses on the restoration project of the roof of the Roman Temple. This activity, held on Sundays in December, is led by Francesc Codina, president of the Patronat d'Estudis Osonencs. More information is available via Vic Turisme.
