Residents claim the animal has repeatedly lunged at people and other dogs, forcing neighbors to exercise constant caution when leaving their homes. A recent incident involved the dog attacking another animal's neck, and another where it grabbed a child's slipper.
Neighbors express concern that the animal could cause serious harm to people or animals in the future. In addition to its aggressive behavior, the complaint also notes that the dog is kept "locked up in the apartment for many hours" and that its frequent barking and howling disrupt residents' rest.
In light of this situation, residents are urging the Vic City Council to inspect the premises, verify compliance with safety measures, and consider mandating the use of a muzzle for the dog. They state that the Local Police have been notified previously without effective action, and request intervention "before a serious accident occurs".
