The complaint, submitted through the Citizen's Mailbox, details disturbances caused by shouting, motorbikes riding late at night, and improper use of the swings. According to residents, a group of youths uses the area near a light pole for smoking and other activities that generate noise and nuisance.
The neighbours are requesting more frequent patrols by the Urban Guard to deter these behaviours. They also suggest improving the area's lighting, as it is currently too dark, which could facilitate the concealment of anti-social acts.
