Several residents of Vic have reported to the City Council a recurring situation near the dog park in Serra, at Plaça Osona. According to the complaint, different groups of people gather on several nights to consume drinks, causing noise disturbances and leaving the area full of bottles, litter, and especially broken glass.
The situation is not isolated and poses a significant risk to pets walking in the area, as well as to pedestrians and small children. Residents are requesting an urgent cleanup of the glass and litter, the installation of more bins, and the search for effective solutions to prevent these gatherings and the resulting mess from recurring.
