A thousand students have started Catalan courses this week organized by the Linguistic Normalization Center (CNL) of Osona, held in eight municipalities within the region.

Between Monday and Tuesday, the Catalan classes at CNL Osona commenced, with nearly a thousand students enrolled across a total of 50 courses.
The training sessions are taking place in Manlleu, Vic, Torelló, Prats de Lluçanès, Roda de Ter, Taradell, Santa Eugènia de Berga, and els Hostalets de Balenyà. The educational offering covers all learning levels, from initial basic to C2.
The courses in Roda de Ter and Santa Eugènia de Berga are part of the Municipal Plan for the Promotion of Catalan, an initiative developed by several town councils in the region, with the support of the Consortium for Linguistic Normalization (CPNL), to enhance the knowledge and use of the Catalan language.
CNL Osona provides various training modalities to suit student needs, including in-person, blended, and online courses (asynchronous, synchronous, and semi-synchronous).
The courses starting this week will run until December 3rd for those held on Mondays and Wednesdays, and until December 9th for those on Tuesdays and Thursdays. C2 level courses are annual.
With this new offering, CNL Osona continues to facilitate access to Catalan language learning throughout the region.
