The Sant Julià de Vilatorta City Council has organized an afternoon of activities open to the public to commemorate November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, in Plaça de Catalunya.

The event, taking place on Sunday, November 29th at 4 PM, aims to reflect, raise awareness, and reaffirm collective commitment against male violence through participatory, cultural, and awareness-raising proposals for different audiences.
The afternoon will begin with a children's jewelry workshop led by Imma Generó, followed by the performative show Onades de Dones (Waves of Women), which combines theater, music, and poetry to reflect on women's space in society and the visible and invisible limits that still condition their participation in collective life.
Throughout the afternoon, a Punt Lila (Purple Point) will also be available, offering information, advice, and prevention to promote violence-free relationships and safe environments.
To conclude the event, a snack and a small gift will be offered to all attendees. The City Council invites all citizens to participate in this day of awareness and commitment to equality.
