Tensions regarding the change in the waste management model in Pallars Jussà have escalated following the formal delivery of these signatures. Representatives of the group filed the documents at both the Pallars Jussà County Council and la Pobla de Segur Town Hall.

The signatures were accompanied by a formal request to halt the rollout of the door-to-door system. Opposing residents are calling for a study of alternative systems that better suit the needs of the local community.
