The 16th edition of the Caminada de Carenes endurance march is scheduled for April 11, 2026, connecting the towns of El Pont de Suert and Tremp.

Organized by the local councils of Tremp and El Pont de Suert alongside the Centre Excursionista Alta Ribagorça, this event is a staple in the FEEC (Federation of Hiking Entities of Catalonia) calendar. It offers participants a unique chance to explore the ridges and natural landscapes of the Pallars Jussà and Alta Ribagorça regions.
Registration begins on February 9. Participants can choose from three distances: a 52 km long route starting in El Pont de Suert, a 28 km intermediate path from Adons, and a 9 km short track starting in Gurp. All routes conclude in Tremp.
As part of the Catalan Circuit of Endurance Marches, the event will provide aid stations and checkpoints, ensuring a safe experience for both competitive hikers and nature enthusiasts.
