The La Central Heritage Space in Talarn celebrates its tenth anniversary with the 'Meetings in Motion' cycle, an initiative by the municipalities of Tremp and Talarn that combines heritage and cultural dissemination through walking conferences.

This unique proposal, which will run throughout 2026, aims to showcase the rich hydroelectric, industrial, social, and natural heritage associated with the power plant. The sessions take place in locations directly related to the theme, integrating the walk as an active part of the narrative.
The program is structured in several phases throughout the year. The first part, during spring, includes sessions exploring the territory, history, and operation of the plant. The cycle begins on Thursday, April 2, with the 'Putirruta', a guided tour through Tremp led by historian Joana Franch, which examines the history of prostitution between 1910 and 1936, linked to the arrival of hydroelectric power plants.
Other notable dates include May 16, when historian Dolors Domingo will address the labor situation during the plant's construction, and May 27, with geologist Xavier Mir discussing the geological characteristics of Susterris. In June, within the framework of the European Sustainable Energy Week, Josep Ensenyat will explain the operation of the gates of the Sant Antoni dam.
Autumn will bring two special sessions: paleontologist Àngel Galobart will present the first dinosaur fossil discoveries during the plant's construction, and anthropologist Jordi Solà will delve into the role of engineers and the human and technical context of the project. These activities are supported by Endesa, Pirineus.Watt, the Museu de la Conca Dellà, and the Geoparc Orígens, with a symbolic cost of 1 euro and limited capacity.
