The inauguration ceremony, held this Wednesday afternoon, brought together numerous families from the municipality, who were able to see firsthand the new facilities and the educational service that will be provided. This new equipment represents a significant improvement, being more spacious, modern, and accessible, designed to meet the current needs of children and their families.
With the launch of the new building, the educational offer is expanded to include all three lines of the first cycle of early childhood education. Previously, the school only offered the I2 level, but from now on, all stages will be included. Starting in September, the L'Estel Municipal Nursery School will have a total of 41 places, distributed as follows: 8 places for infants aged 16 weeks to 12 months, 13 places for children aged 1 to 2 years, and 20 places for children aged 2 to 3 years.
The construction of this facility involved a total investment of 387,201.16 euros. Of this amount, 214,095.00 euros were financed through Next Generation funds, while the remainder was covered by economic and technical resources provided by the Tremp City Council.
“"The City Council is making an effort to offer a quality educational service, accessible and adapted to the needs of all families in the municipality."
