Baldo Farré and RocRoi Honored at the 41st Sports Leaders Night

The Mayor of Sort, Baldo Farré, was named Best Institutional Leader during the 41st Sports Leaders Night held on March 6 at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza.

The jury recognized Baldo Farré for his efforts in making Sort a global hub for international competitions and a leader in active tourism within the Pyrenees region.
The adventure sports company RocRoi, based in Llavorsí, was also awarded for its successful business model. Founded in 1996 by Carlos Rabaneda and Lluís Rabaneda, the firm has become an international benchmark for outdoor activities.
The event was attended by Berni Álvarez, the Minister of Sports of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and Pere Sust, president of the ACDE, highlighting the importance of sports management in the region.
