The Department of Territory has granted 156,747.49 euros for the maintenance of municipal hiking trails in Pallars Jussà and Pallars Sobirà, within the Catalan Pyrenees.

This funding is part of a larger 584,760 euro package for mountain regions. Pallars Sobirà will receive 79.250 euros, while Pallars Jussà is allocated 77,497.49 euros for works carried out between late 2024 and 2025.
The grants cover vegetation clearing, dry stone wall repairs, and the maintenance of signs and safety elements like railings. The County Councils will manage the funds on behalf of the local municipalities.
